Treatment Approach and Types of Therapy

Canine Companion

Some clients may notice a calm canine presence during in-person sessions.

Shyanne is a gentle, friendly dog who may be present in the office at times. Many clients experience her presence as grounding and comforting, particularly during emotionally focused work. Interaction with Shyanne is always optional. Clients are welcome to request sessions without a dog present at any time, without explanation or impact on care. Shyanne is not involved in clinical decision-making, assessment, or treatment planning. Her role is limited to providing a quiet, supportive presence when appropriate and welcomed by the client.

Client Choice & Safety

Shyanne is up to date on vaccinations, receives routine veterinary care, and is trained to remain calm and non-intrusive during sessions.
